I have developed the ability to understand what the clients is looking and who can provide the best solutions, to work as a team and with memebers who provide different approaches, both from the legal and non-legal fields, to promote interpersonal relationships and work under preasure.

I have grown as a person by acquiring knowledge and experience in the field of Law, furthermore, by the firm’s significant work and commitment about how we can support different individuals to fight for the justice, and by interacting with customers, I become more skilled every day.

This is an excellent way to enter in the professional field, in a very friendly environment, perfect for molding the learning foundations. Experience and practice are invaluable, they establish working habits and customs that serve for life.

With the Trainee Program I have developed important skills for the career I will practice, I have improved my teamwork and working under pressure aptitudes, by attending customers, and doing networking with other lawyers, that will be my colleagues in future.
